Creating a new registration on our database

Our database is designed to enable you to record your details so if we are asked to fill a suitable role by one of our clients we can contact you to ask if you might be interested. There is no charge to candidates registering for this service as our fees come from those who hire us to find staff for them. We do ask that, having registered, you notify us promptly of any changes in your circumstances or requirements so we don’t make contact with you unnecessarily.

Important:
By completing this form you are entering into an arrangement with us. There are two sides to this arrangement which are set out below. By completing the form and clicking on the submit button at the end you are signing up to these conditions:What we guarantee you:

1. Your details will be kept confidential on our secured server
2. We will not share any of your details with any third party, or any of our clients until you give us permission in each case.
3. When we make contact with you by telephone we shall use discretion and contact you as a “personal” call leaving a name and a return number. We will not leave any messages if you have told us on the form you complete that we should not.
4. If we contact you by mail or email we shall write to you at the address(es) you have registered with us
5. We will not pass on your details to any other organisation for marketing purposes or any other purpose and Druines Limited will not use the information as a marketing database. The information stored will only be used for the purpose it has been lodged for – i.e. as a candidate database to help us to find suitable applicants for our clients.
6. We will delete your information, or amend it, as soon as the appropriate notification has been received.
7. From time to time we may review the database and send an email to you asking if you still want to be included.

What we do not guarantee:

1. We cannot guarantee to contact you with any vacancies as we may never get to handle a vacancy that will suit your skills.
2. We will not accord any application made as a result of registering on this database preferred status against any other applicant. i.e. all applications wherever they are from will be treated equally.

You guarantee us:

1. The details you have provided us are accurate and are a true representation of your circumstances and requirements.
2. You will update your details whenever they change by using the amend or delete records option on this site
3. You agree we can contact you when we feel we may have a vacancy that might be of interest.
4. If you are interested in a vacancy that you will agree to follow the normal process for making an application for that vacancy, just as any other candidate would.
5. That if we contact you to ask if you are still interested in being included, if you do not reply this indicates that we should remove your details from our database.
