Eastleigh College is a highly successful vocational college with over twenty thousand students, more than half of whom are in employer led provision. The successful applicant will join a small executive team to achieve great things in the challenging times faced by the sector, and will be responsible for the maintenance of the current curriculum quality while growing the provision and achieving efficiency savings.
The College seeks an experienced adult educator who has ambitions within the FE sector and is capable of providing strong leadership. Partnership working is the cornerstone of the College's success. This role will require the post-holder to exhibit a strong commitment to working in collaboration in everything they do, as well as a commercial aptitude.
The successful candidate will have a successful track record in vocational education, quality and business growth. You will have the personal qualities that will engage and inspire a dedicated team of managers and staff directing them to grow the provision and build on their current outstanding learner outcomes.
